How to Top Up Three Mobile

  1. Once you've bought a top-up voucher, call 444 free from your Three phone.
  2. Select top up with a voucher and enter the 16 digit number printed across the receipt .
  3. Once you have entered the voucher code your account will be topped up.
  4. You can then follow the voice instruction to convert your top up into an Add on.

How to start using Three Mobile

  1. Insert your SIM into your phone and switch it on
  2. We'll text you to let you know we've started activating your SIM. Make sure you keep your phone switched on while we connect you to the Three network. This should only take about 30 minutes but during busy periods it may take longer
  3. We’ll send you a second text telling you to turn your phone off and on again
  4. Your SIM will be activated when you restart your phone. We’ll confirm this with another text
